Recently, the Tax Service Steward of Lishui Economic and Technological Development Zone organized an export tax refund visit activity. It went deep into import and export enterprises to listen to their "sincere opinions", solve their "real difficulties" and eliminate their "actual troubles", helping enterprises ride the "spring breeze" of tax preferential policies to go global and adding a "tax engine" to the development of the regional import and export trade economy.

"The Tax Service Steward often comes to the door for guidance, explaining cross-border tax policies and tax-related risks. Such warm-hearted services have undoubtedly given us a 'reassurance pill' for development," said Deng Jianbo, the person in charge of finance at Zhejiang Youtai Electric Co., Ltd., when talking about the handling of tax-related businesses. "Now it's really convenient to handle export tax refunds! We don't need to make a single trip; the whole process can be done online with high review efficiency and fast tax refund speed. Last month, we successfully enjoyed an export tax refund of more than 320,000 yuan, which provided strong support for the enterprise to activate funds."

The upgrading of export services has helped enterprises "sail overseas". To further smooth the communication channel between the government, the public and enterprises, Lishui Economic Development Zone has opened the "Zheli Economic Development Zone Steward" service hotline at 2990578, providing more convenient services for enterprises and the public.

The closed-loop handling of enterprise demands and the realization of "fast acceptance and quick handling" are important contents for optimizing and improving the business environment. Currently, Lishui Economic Development Zone has 22,717 business entities, 7,860 registered enterprises and 356 enterprises above designated size. Since the beginning of this year, Lishui Economic Development Zone has deepened the application of the achievements of thematic education, implemented the requirements of the provincial Party committee's inspection on optimizing and improving the business environment, focused closely on the needs of industries and enterprises, built the "Zheli Economic Development Zone Steward" service brand, and accelerated the transformation of the value-added reform of government services from "single convenience" to "comprehensive empowerment", continuously creating a better business environment for enterprise development.

Lishui Economic Development Zone has established six major steward systems, namely "Market Supervision Service, Tax Service, Enterprise Benefit Service, Government Service, Investment Project Service and Legal Service". It has clarified the division of responsibilities, service contents and evaluation mechanisms, and uniformly served enterprises with the "steward image". Since the beginning of this year, it has carried out more than 90 on-site service sessions, solved over 300 problems, and issued 11 important task notices for enterprise-related issues.

In addition, Lishui Economic Development Zone has also adopted the "Steward + Alliance" model to establish "N" alliances such as the "Service Alliance for Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises and Individual Business Operators" and the "Hundred-Person Group for Legal Services Connecting Government and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises". This enables 37 member units to "serve enterprises", forming a new enterprise service mechanism led by the government and widely participated by business entities, such as the "Free Legal Service Group", "Chief Financial Consultant for Leading Industries" and "One Stop for Product Testing". Up to now, Lishui Economic Development Zone has provided free one-year legal advisory services to 92 market entities, helping enterprises operate in compliance with regulations.
