In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the important speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection in Zhejiang, implement the arrangements of the Central Economic Work Conference as well as those of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government, and in accordance with the unified arrangements of the municipal Party committee, municipal leaders have been intensively visiting foreign trade and foreign-funded enterprises in recent days to understand the situation of the enterprises, listen to opinions and suggestions, respond to the development demands of the enterprises, solve the actual difficulties of the enterprises, further help the enterprises accurately grasp the new changes in the external environment, enhance the confidence and determination of the enterprises in Lishui to firmly respond to external challenges, and jointly promote the high-quality development of foreign trade and economic cooperation, so as to make more contributions to the overall situation of the whole province with the "stability" and "progress" of Lishui.

On April 25th and 28th, Wu Shunze, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, presided over the symposium on the city's foreign trade enterprises and went to Longquan to conduct on-site visits and investigations at Zhejiang Songxin Automobile Air Conditioning Parts Co., Ltd. and Longquan City Jiangshi Crafts Porcelain Co., Ltd. (Jiangshi Swords). In 2024, the total value of Lishui's foreign trade imports and exports exceeded 40 billion yuan for the first time, reaching 42.38 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 12.4%. Facing the new problems and difficulties encountered by foreign trade and foreign-funded enterprises, our city has established a headquarters to support the high-quality development of foreign trade and economic cooperation. The leaders of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Government and the main leaders of the Party committees and governments of counties (cities, districts) have paired up to contact key export enterprises respectively, established a closed-loop mechanism for solving enterprise problems, and implemented the policy measures of "one enterprise, one policy" for key enterprises. From January to April this year, the city's foreign trade exports were 12.69 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 25.0%, ranking first in the province in terms of growth rate. Among them, exports to ASEAN were 1660 million yuan, with a growth of 32.3%, and exports to the Middle East were 1340 million yuan, with a growth of 56.2%.

The government and enterprises in Lishui have worked together in the same direction, formed synergy in aspects such as overseas Chinese giving back, cross-border e-commerce, joint cost reduction, on-demand assistance, human resources, skillful use of rules, expansion of new tracks, and linkage of cultural tourism publicity, and explored the "eight methods" for breaking through difficulties by "seeking opportunities in crises and breaking through barriers", thus exploring Lishui's practices for the whole province to cope with changes in the external environment.

It is worth mentioning that our city has made full use of the advantages of overseas Chinese, expanded the channels for supply and demand docking at home and abroad, turned the local warehouses of overseas Chinese into overseas warehouses in our province, integrated global resources and explored the international market, achieving positive progress. By sorting out the "List of Good Products Supplied by Lishui" and the "List of Demands of Overseas Chinese Merchants", the "Good Products of China, Going Overseas from Qingtian" event was held on April 3, facilitating 36 intended cross-border cooperations. Relying on the Qingtian Overseas Chinese Overseas Warehouse Trade Promotion Association and giving play to the role of 119 overseas Chinese overseas warehouses self-built by overseas Chinese in 23 countries and regions such as Spain and Brazil, the cross-border logistics cycle has been effectively shortened.

The enterprise's "approval for the 30 million yuan equipment renewal and re-loan" has been completed smoothly, effectively relieving the financial pressure.
